Best Berry’s root vegetable selection combines tradition with the best of the seasons

Root vegetables are a foundation of Finnish food culture, and you can find them in Best Berry’s selection all year round. We deliver Finnish root vegetables as long as growers’ stocks last, often well into spring before the new harvest is ready. When Finnish supply decreases, we complement the selection with high-quality root vegetables from Central and Southern Europe.

Our selection includes familiar classics such as carrot, potato and parsnip, as well as rarer specialties such as Chioggia beet, yellow beet and black salsify, depending on the season.
